In a relentless and restless world, Stu Larsen went looking for silence and stillness in some of the most remote corners of the globe. Solitude isn’t about escaping life, it’s about slowing down enough to notice it. Writing 12 songs over 12 months while hiding away in 12 different locations around the world with nothing but a guitar, a few cameras and some simple recording equipment. Over the course of this project, Larsen re-discovered that something magical happens when you completely disconnect from the world and intentionally spend time alone, allowing thoughts and emotions to flow, without the constant distractions of a life lived in this modern, connected age. Solitude is set to release on Friday the 19th of June 2026. YOUTUBE

Peter Doublinszki and Elsen Price present a duo programme where Baroque music, jazz improvisation, and Hungarian folk influence meet in a single, evolving performance. Works by J. S. & C. P. E. Bach, Handel, Charlie Parker, and others, alongside original compositions, form the starting material. Treated as open form, this repertoire becomes a shared field for improvisation, where Baroque performance practice and jazz are understood as parallel approaches to invention. Structure is not fixed, but tested, stretched, and reshaped in real time. Guitar and double bass function as equal voices in continuous dialogue. The music unfolds through listening, response, and gradual transformation, with form emerging in the moment rather than being predetermined.
